This last Saturday, Habitat for Humanity had our first tournament of the year! Members and non members met up in the rinks at Regional Park, ready to give it their all. Music was blasting from the DJ booth, and the soccer players in teams of 5 were getting ready to begin. As the first game began, many spectators showed up to support and cheer on their teams.

Each game was 20 minutes long and the winner of each round moved on. Eventually it was down to the last two teams. Larry vs. Eduardo. All eyes were on the rink to watch the exciting showdown. After a hard and competitive match, the winner was revealed: Eduardo's team!

Eduardo's team received their grand prize: $50! The turnout was amazing and we are so happy that everyone enjoyed the event. We look forward to putting on more tournaments. A big thank you to all the players who came out to support us.
